1. Overview of HTFC (DT) cabinet centrifugal fan

1.1 HTFC (DT) cabinet centrifugal fan is a box centrifugal fan with high efficiency and low noise. The product is composed of low-noise forward inclined multi wing centrifugal fan, motor, bearing, transmission parts, silencing box, etc. According to different installation positions, 12 air inlet and outlet positions with different angles are provided to meet the needs of users in different installation environments. According to the requirements of fire protection and ventilation, it can be divided into type A and type B. Type a motor is installed outside the box for fire smoke exhaust, and has been tested for high temperature resistance by the national fire equipment supervision and quality inspection center according to ga211-1999 high temperature resistance test method of fire smoke exhaust fan, which can operate continuously for more than 60 minutes under the high temperature condition of 300'c; Type B motor is installed in the box for ventilation.

1.2 the fan is divided into 12 specification series of 9 "-36" according to the diameter, with the air volume of 1650~85000m3/h and the total pressure of 180~1000pa. After continuous improvement and development, HTFC cabinet centrifugal fan can be divided into four types: I, II, III and IV. among them, I and III are single speed type and I and IV are double speed type. It is equipped with two speed motor to realize two speed regulation, which can meet the needs of users for performance regulation at different working points. The fan can also be equipped with variable frequency motor and variable frequency controller to realize stepless speed regulation. It is recommended to lock the adjustment frequency at 25Hz ~ 50Hz

1.3 in order to meet the needs of explosion-proof environment, the fan can be made into explosion-proof fan with explosion-proof grade of ExdIIBT4, which is suitable for places with flammable and explosive gases.

1.4 in order to meet the requirements of noise in different places, the fan can be equipped with silencers of different lengths, and the silencing box of the fan can also be thickened to reduce the noise of the fan.

1.5 the fan can be equipped with primary efficiency, medium efficiency or high efficiency filters to improve the cleanliness of the air. The actual pressure loss shall be considered when configuring the filter, and the length of the fan case shall be increased appropriately.

Working temperature: - 20 ~ + 40 ℃ (continuous operation);

High temperature resistance: 100 ℃ (continuous operation for 20 hours);

300 ℃ (continuous operation for 60 minutes);

Humidity: less than 90%

5. Processing technology of HTFC (DT) cabinet centrifugal fan

5.1 the fan impeller and casing are made of high-quality galvanized sheet, which are all moulded and produced by riveting, biting and other means. The surface is clean and flat without welding deformation.

5.2 the fan silencing box adopts the assembly design of frame and box plate. The frame is made of advanced metal cold bending machine (aluminum alloy profile can also be used according to the needs of users). The box plate is color coated plate with clean and beautiful surface and strong corrosion resistance. The inner layer is galvanized silencing micro perforated plate and laminated ultra-fine glass wool, which can further reduce the noise. The product can be disassembled and installed on site.
