1. Overview of BF fan case

1.1. BF fan case impeller adopts forward inclined multi wing impeller and low-noise external rotor motor. The motor and impeller are directly connected. The noise of fan is lower than that of belt driven fan case. The installation form of fan is divided into horizontal (W) and vertical (L).

1.2. In order to meet the requirements of noise in different places, the fan can be equipped with silencers of different lengths, and the silencing box of the fan can also be thickened to reduce the noise of the fan.

Humidity: less than 90%

Medium condition: air (dust content not exceeding 100mg / m3)

Working power supply: three-phase, 380V / 50Hz

5. Processing technology of BF fan case

5.1. The fan impeller and casing are made of high-quality galvanized sheet, which are all moulded and produced by riveting, biting and other means. The surface is clean and flat without welding deformation.

5.2. The fan silencing box adopts the assembly structure of frame and box plate. The frame is stretched by advanced metal cold bending unit at one time (aluminum alloy profiles can also be used according to the needs of users). The outer layer of the box plate is color coated plate, with clean and beautiful surface and strong corrosion resistance. The inner layer is galvanized silencing micro perforated plate and laminated ultra-fine glass wool, which can further reduce the noise. The product can be disassembled and installed on site.
