1. Overview of GDF centrifugal duct fan
1.1. GDF type centrifugal duct fan, the impeller is a forward inclined multi wing centrifugal impeller, which sucks air on one side. The fan is designed as a horizontal inlet and outlet, and the square inlet and outlet can be directly connected with the air duct. The fan motor is a special motor for air conditioning. The whole machine has the characteristics of low noise, stable operation and long service life.
1.2. The fan is divided into 16 specifications of 140 ~ 500mm in diameter. The series air volume is 130 ~ 5500m3 / h and the total pressure is 45 ~ 470pa.
1.3. In order to meet the requirements of noise in different places, it is divided into:
Ordinary type: all materials are galvanized steel plate, which is formed by biting;
Silencing type: the fan part is formed by biting galvanized steel plate, the box plate is color coated plate, silencing materials are added inside, the frame is aluminum alloy profile, and the air inlet and outlet are equipped with filter screen.

5. Processing technology of GDF centrifugal duct fan
5.1. The fan impeller and casing are all made of high-quality galvanized steel plate, which are all produced by molds and formed by biting. The impeller is corrected by static and dynamic balance, and the balance accuracy is not greater than G5 Level 6.
5.2. The silencing fan case plate is formed by folding with a numerical control bending machine and connected with aluminum alloy profile with self tapping bolts.
