1. Overview of hifc-v cabinet centrifugal fan
1.1. Hifc-v cabinet centrifugal fan is a kind of box centrifugal fan with backward inclined blades. The product is composed of low-noise backward inclined blade centrifugal fan, motor, bearing, transmission parts, silencing box, etc. According to different installation positions, 12 air inlet and outlet positions with different angles are provided to meet the needs of users in different installation environments. According to the different requirements of fire protection and ventilation, it can be divided into two types: type A and type B. type a motor is installed outside the box for fire control and smoke exhaust, and has been tested by the national fire equipment supervision and quality inspection center according to ga211-1999 high temperature resistance test method of fire smoke exhaust fan, which can operate continuously for more than 60 minutes under the high temperature of 300 ℃; Type B motor is installed in the box for ventilation.
1.2. The fan is divided into 17 specifications of 250~1600mm according to its diameter, the series air volume is 1000~300000m3/h, and the total pressure is 280~2300pa. The fan is divided into single speed and double speed. The double speed fan is equipped with double speed motor to realize two speed regulation, which can meet the needs of users for performance regulation at different working points. The fan can also be equipped with variable frequency motor and variable frequency controller to realize stepless speed regulation. It is recommended to lock the regulation frequency at 25Hz ~ 50Hz
1.3. In order to meet the needs of explosion-proof environment, the fan can be made into explosion-proof fan with explosion-proof grade of ExdIIBT4, which is suitable for places with flammable and explosive gases.
1.4. In order to meet the requirements of noise in different places, the fan can be equipped with silencers of different lengths, and the silencing box of the fan can also be thickened to reduce the noise of the fan.
1.5. The fan shall be equipped with primary efficiency, medium efficiency or high efficiency filters to improve the cleanliness of the air. The actual pressure loss shall be considered when configuring the filters, and the length of the fan casing shall be increased appropriately.

5. Htfc-v cabinet centrifugal fan process
5.1. The impeller and casing of the fan are made of high-quality steel plates, all of which are moulded and welded. The impeller is corrected by dynamic and static balance, and its balance accuracy is no more than grade 5.6.
5.2. The fan silencing box adopts the assembly design of frame and box plate. The frame is stretched by advanced metal cold bending unit at one time (aluminum alloy profile can also be used according to the needs of users). The box plate is color coated plate with clean and beautiful surface and strong corrosion resistance. The inner layer is galvanized silencing micro perforated plate and laminated ultra-fine glass wool, which can further reduce the noise. The product can be disassembled and installed on site.
